Limited edition bronze by Hald Studio

Bill Hald is an accomplished bronze sculptor who lives in the Sierra Nevada mountains of Northern California with his wife, Camille. Within his own foundry, he sculpts and oversees the molding, casting, cleaning up and the final patination of his pieces, thus assuring quality control at its highest.

His sculptures are prized and displayed around the country. His creations are owned by individuals such as Sylvester Stallone, Peter Uberroth and Rudolph Giullani. In the past, he has shown his works at the Peterson Gallery and Wally Findley Gallery in Beverly Hills, the New Masters Gallery in Carmel, and the Dale Evers Gallery in Morro Bay. Many Fortune 500 companies have acquired his works of fine art to be displayed in their lobbies and office vestibles. His pieces have also been purchased and placed at Chapman College, Orange, California, and the Appleton Museum of Art in Ocala, Florida. In addition, a piece was bought by the Norton Simon Museum Corporate Headquarters in New York City. Albeit a lot of his work has been wildlife, he ventured into his love of the human form due to a commission of two gymnasts from a board member of the U.S. Gymnastics Federation.

An olympian event holds a special place in Bill's memory. The setting was Casa Pacifica - Nixon's Western White House. He was there for the unveiling of two of his large sculptures from the edition of, "American Fisherman," that were purchased by members of the LAOOC to present to Peter Ueberroth and Harry Usher for their Olympic leadership. While in attendance, he was commissioned to sculpt an eagle to help raise funds for America's Cup endeavors.

Furthermore, his wife served as an inspiration to gift the art world a fragile-looking, realistic bearded iris. She calls it her forevermore flower. It took his mold and casting expertise to birth it forth in bronze, due to its complexity.
